Spotlight on Important Fee Changes
Helping you understand the fee changes for 2011
As you review our new fee schedule, we would like to point out a few changes. These changes are necessary in order to continue to build on a strong membership and protect your investment as a partner in your credit union. If you have any questions about any of these fees, please stop in and ask to speak to member services.
Minimum Balance Fee: Investing in your Credit Union is Investing in your future. Sometimes these investments come at a cost. This is why we must implement at $3 fee for account balances under $250 daily average balances. Consider Direct Deposit and savings incentives to help offset and avoid these fees. This excludes accounts with loans and those members under 18 years of age.
Auto Transfer from Savings to Checking and Over-draft of negative account balance: This new fee will now be $2.00.
On-Line Banking or Bill Pay: In a continuing effort to help our members ‘go green’ and to cut expenses, a $2.00 per month fee will be implemented for those members receiving paper statements. This fee will be waived for all members choosing to receive e-statements. If you would like to sign-up for e-statements, stop in and we will be glad to help you out.
